This set of 10 Edges contains all the features of the limestone we studied that we wanted to express. This stylizing of the texture and flow of the rock gives rise to an extremely functional set of holds.
An Edge, by Bleaustone's definition, is a large hold that can be held with two hands easily. Because of the nature of limestone is multifaceted, incorporating this into the stylising means that when adjusting the orientation hold by the smallest amount in route-setting will yield a different personality from each hold. This drastically improves the holds usability and value for money. It is unlikely that neither route setter nor climber would tire from using these holds.
They also have incorporated into the design two screw holes dedicated for more precise positioning e.g. competition route setting.
